A free ODS viewer — no LibreOffice needed
Spreadsheets made in LibreOffice or OpenOffice Calc are saved as .ods, and Excel or a phone does not always open them. OsonKit shows every sheet in the browser on any computer or phone, with values formatted as in the spreadsheet.
There is nothing to install and no account. The file is read on your device and never uploaded, so budgets, timetables and lists stay private.

Short answers to common file questions
Questions
Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?
No. Your browser opens the spreadsheet directly on your device. The site only loads its own scripts, styles and fonts; the contents, name and bytes of your file are never sent to a server.
How do I open an .ods file without LibreOffice?
Drop the file on this page or pick it with the button. The spreadsheet opens here in your browser with all its sheets and a search in cells — nothing to install, and the file is not uploaded.
What is shown?
The values of every sheet, formatted as in the spreadsheet. Formulas are not recalculated, and charts and pictures are not shown. Password-protected spreadsheets are recognised but not opened.
Can I open LibreOffice text documents (.odt)?
Not yet. LibreOffice Impress presentations (.odp) open in the presentation viewer; for a text document, save it as .docx.
How large can the spreadsheet be?
Up to 20 MB, 100 sheets and 1,000,000 rows per sheet. When a sheet is longer, the first rows are shown and the status bar says so.
